Since GMP was founded at the beginning of 2020, we were gaining well-known companies and several young start-ups as clients in just two years. In addition, we are pleased to have won some confidential mandates in the context of significant projects, such as supporting the establishment of a state carrier of an emerging African state. TUI

TUI Airlines is the alliance of all five airlines of the world’s largest tourism group TUI. TUI Airlines operates one of the most CO2-efficient fleets in Europe and continuously invests in new, even more efficient aircraft. All TUI operators have been certified according to ISO 14001.

British Airways PLC

British Airways is the national airline of the United Kingdom, located in London. Founded in 1935 as a merger of four companies, British Airways is one of the world’s most traditional and largest airlines with now over 280 aircraft. British Airways is part of the International Airlines Group IAG, which also included Iberia, Vueling Airlines, Aer Lingus, the brand ‘Level’ and IAG Cargo.

LEVEL is an airline brand within the International Airlines Group IAG portfolio. In November 2023 IAG has announced it plans to obtain an independent air operator’s certificate for LEVEL, paving the way for it to evolve into a separate airline entity within the group.

FLY4 Airlines was founded in 2023 as a cooperation between TUI Group and Enter Air. This new airline, which has its roots in Ireland, operates Boeing 737-800s. During the summer months, these aircraft are leased to TUI Airways. In the winter months, when demand for TUI’s services decreases, the aircraft can be leased from other operators.

USC

USC is a German passenger and cargo airline based in Frankfurt am Main. Founded in April 2020 as a virtual airline, USC operates its first Airbus A340-300 since receiving its Air Operator Certificate in August 2023, with further Airbus A340-300s and -600s to follow. USC does not operate its own routes and does not sell tickets. The business model consists of selling full charters, as well as flights on behalf of other airlines.

Makrat is an aviation trading specialist with its headquarter in Sofia (BGR) and branches in Düsseldorf, Kuala Lumpur, London, Lima, Marseille and Singapore. Originating from the trade in aircraft parts, Makrat now specializes in aircraft acquisitions, sales, financing and refinancing. Makrat’s track record includes purchases, sales and financial leases of Airbus and Boeing aircraft in particular.

Nortwhings was founded in 2021 with headquarters in Hamburg and an office at Münster-Osnabrück Airport, Germany. The company intends to operate several Embraer Phenom 300 business jets. Flight operations are scheduled to commence in 2022 with two already existing new aircraft. Northwings will establish in the intra-European charter traffic.

Founded as an originally non-commercial company, working exclusively for a medium-sized German company, the operator, which will operate under the “P&P Aviation” brand in the future, will focus on direct customers from the Münster and Osnabrück areas. The necessary permits are expected in 2022. Behind P&P Aviation is a successful businessman with his own mind and promising ideas.

ProAir Charter Transport is an independent full-service broker based in Stuttgart, Germany. With over 25 years of experience, ProAir Charter Transport is one of the oldest and most renowned brokers, and, in conjunction with ProAir Aviation GmbH, founded in 2007, also one of the largest commercial business jet operators in Germany.
