Dr. Carsten Engel completed his law studies in Würzburg. After completing his doctorate on the subject of the European Stability and Growth Pact, he was admitted to the bar in 2002. In 2006, Dr. Carsten Engel was appointed specialist solicitor for traffic law. Since then he has been a partner at Linten & Partner Rechtsanwälte mbB. He is a member of the Deutsche Akademie für Verkehrswissenschaft e.V., author of various articles in traffic law journals and co-author of the forms book for traffic law specialists. He lectures on traffic law for the legal trainees at the Essen Regional Court.
