Before completing his studies, Philipp Alexander Wagner completed an apprenticeship as a banker at the Vereins- und Westbank AG. Between his first and second state exams, Mr. Wagner worked as a lawyer in insolvency administration with a focus on corporate insolvency and restructuring. Mr. Wagner has been admitted to the bar since 2004. He has been appointed insolvency administrator on an ongoing basis since 2007. Before joining Raap & Partner, Mr. Wagner worked as an attorney for a multidisciplinary partnership in commercial law for GGV Grützmacher Gravert Viegener Partnerschaft with offices in Hamburg, Frankfurt and Paris. Since December 2014, Mr. Wagner has been a partner at Raap & Partner mbB Rechtsanwälte.
