Operating Permits

Whatever you want to do, we help you to achieve it.

GMP supports you in both, commercial and non-commercial air operations. In the EASA regulatory area, commercial operations are divided into Commercial Air Transport (CAT) operations and Special Operations (SPO). In the Commercial Air Transport section, we support you with the new application or the extension of your Operating License, your Air Operator Certificate (AOC), your Continuing Airworthiness Maintenance Organization (CAMO) approval or your Approved Training Organization (ATO) license. In addition, we support you in all other changes, such as the extension of your operating license to other ICAO regions, the application for traffic rights, the integration of a new aircraft, aircraft types or a whole fleet. On the non-commercial side we specialize in supporting you with Non-Commercial Complex (NCC) operations of business jets and airliners. We also support you in fulfilling national requirements. We support non-US operators in the approval process under 14 CFR Part 129 as a basic requirement for commercial air traffic in and out as well as within the US. In the FAA regulatory area as well as in associated regions, we support you in the application or extension of your operating approval according to 14 CFR Part 119 or equivalent as well as in extending your operating permit. For this purpose, we work together with specialists and lawyers on site. Below are some sample cases regarding our support in the operating permit area.
